SHIPPING & RETURNS

Unlike many sellers we won't fold our film to make it flat and a little cheaper to send.  All of our film is rolled, then sealed in an airtight plastic sleeve with a desiccant pack to absorb any moisture, heat-sealed, and then sent out in a reinforced cardboard postal tube. We do this to make sure you get your film is as near perfect condition as possible.  Hydro Monkeys don't make a profit on getting your order to you. Our system is fairly straightforward when it comes to pricing.

International customers should be aware that, depending on the law in the country in which they reside, there may be fees and/or taxes to pay on any imported goods. We can't be held responsible for these costs and it is the customers responsibility to deal with this aspect of your purchase(s). If the store does not automatically calculate shipping to your country, please contact us and we will work it out and add it to the store.

The vast majority of orders are shipping within 1 working day of your order being completed.  Larger order may take an additional day but this is very rare.

We reserve the right to use alternative service providers without notice if we feel it will allow us to provide you, the customer, with a better or more reliable service.
