Peacock Green Basecoat
One of our range of incredible pearlescent paints.
The manufacturer recommends a black basecoat for the majority of these colours, other than the white pearls but while we were experimenting with them to make sure they were good enough to sell, we discovered that a lot of them also look really nice over a white base. Where there are two colours visible in the product images, one will be over a white base, the other, over a black base.
Standard solvent basecoat in use, simply thin with 2k thinners at a ratio of 1:1 and spray as normal. Many of the colours are designed to be semi-transparent so the colours will deepen, as will the pearl effect, with additional coats.
The standard price is for 0.5L but you can save money by buying in litre or 2.5 litre quantities.
